*Sore*

Wow.
If your wondering why I put sore on the top, well its because I had P.E. today. And as for most P.E. coaches, they don't hold back. AT ALL. Okay. So my P.E. teacher is a male, he was in the MILITARY before and he sometimes makes fun of people. (like joking making fun. not the bullying type.) He's this type of person: If your sick and you want to go to the clinic, its hard to tell him. It's just like telling one of your strict teachers but that teacher also has SOME sense in them. Okay. Maybe it's just a **tiny** bit, but its still there. And yeah. I'm not gonna name people, but lets call him
coach smith. So one day (like last year), my friend got her period. (maybe I should put a warning if boys are reading this right?) So her period is the type that gets huge cramps every second. I believe we were training to run a mile and so we were to run 3 laps around a football field in a park at the back of my school. The "grass" on the football field was made of plastic and theres also little black chunks in there too. To me, the football field is a bit smaller than what i'm describing. It's SUPER long and the heat just makes it hotter and harder. And back to the story, my friend told coach smith. (which is a very difficult task as i said above.)  You would think that he will just let her sit down and skip P.E. since he's a man and he wouldn't understand the pain and its awkward. Well YOUR WRONG!! he let her "run slowly" IT'S STILL RUNNING AND IT STILL HURTS!!! The least he could do was let her walk but nooooooooooooo. And another thing. He won't allow you get water until it's the end of the class. THINK ABOUT IT.  We do running first, and the either sit ups or push ups, stretching, a game with the side that loses or whoever loses gets to do 10 sit ups or push ups again. The games usually consists of running too. And after all that, we have to walk about 3-5 minutes to the classroom. By that time, the bell already rang and we have to get water at the nearest water fountain. Which theres a line and i only have 5 minutes to get to my classroom which is on the second floor and i'm on the first floor and the amount of stairs is unbelievable. Okay.  Okay. I exaggerating about the stairs but come on! After you do P.E. you don't even get to rest and you have to go climb all those stairs!! Who wouldn't exaggerate!?!? Well anyway I did way too many push ups, hip muscle training and leg muscle training today. I'll go and get on over with this pain and try to do my homework now. Bye~

Love, jenny~
